He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 27, 1964 to Sam and Regina Marshall (nee Reed).
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Charles is survived by his brother, Roosevelt G. (partner, Montina McClair) Reed; sister-in-law, Lisa Reed; ten nieces and nephews, Gregory Stewart, Tiara (Daniel) Pearson, Teasha Reed, James Reed, Atia Manor Reed, Jamal Reed, Myles Reed, Josiah Reed and Marquis Hamilton; eight great nieces and nephews, MaKayla Reed, Sidney Pearson, Sariah Pearson, David Pearson, Daniel Pearson, Arianna Stewart, Jeremiah Stewart, and Josiah Stewart; and a host of other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
