Bonnie Rae Smith (nee Hirsch), age 51, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 26, 1969 to Edwin and Linda Hirsch (nee Aichele).
Bonnie enjoyed playing bingo, and was a self proclaimed pacman fanatic. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and liked to watch her Cincinnati Reds. Bonnie also liked reading, and partaking in retail therapy with her daughter. Her favorite holiday, after her birthday, was Christmas. She will be remembered by her love of making people laugh and being a jokester.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Edwin and Katherine Hirsch, maternal grandparents, Robert and Patricia Aichele, and godmother, Margie Smith.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Ronald Smith, Ashley (Wilbert Johnson) Smith, and Chase Evans; grandchildren, Devyn Cauthen, Rylan Johnson, and Alaiya Johnson; significant other, Matthew Evans; mother, Linda Hirsch; father, Edwin Hirsch; godfather, Joe (Cindy) Aichele; and a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In loving memory of Bonnie, contributions may be made to Anna Louise Inn, 2401 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
A visitation will be held on August 27, 2020 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. A burial will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
