Stacey Lynne Smith, age 40, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born in Elgin, IL on August 13, 1981 to Gerald and Janis Carlson.
Stacey is survived by her beloved Husband of 9 years, Christopher Smith; parents, Gerald and Janis Carlson; son, Levi Smith; daughter, Olive Smith; brother, James Carlson; uncle and godfather, Charles Carlson of Oswego, IL; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial Service will be 1:00 pm Friday, August 27, 2021 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
