William Leroy Foster

William Leroy Foster, age 57, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. He was born in Washington, DC on November 26, 1963 to James Otis and Diane Mary Burnam (nee Dickey).

William was raised in the College Hill area, where he attended Aiken High School. He worked for the City of Cincinnati, and Micro Metal. William was a devoted working man, and a very helpful and loving son to his mother.

William was blessed with his daughter, Jasmine Washington, in 1988. William loved being around family and friends, just talking and grilling out. He always had a smile on his face, and never met a stranger he didn't like.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Foster and James Otis Foster, Jr. William is survived by his beloved daughter, Jasmine Washington; parents, Diane Mary (Clifford) Burnam and James Otis (Sharon) Foster; siblings, Patricia Ann Foster, Carrie Louise (Wayne) Allen, Linda Diane Foster, David Elbert Foster, Jeremiah (Bobbie) Foster, Gloria Jean (Charles) Walker, Brandy Foster, Angie Warren and Shannon Warren; grandchildren, Shonprey King Denson and Tyrone Watson, Jr.; his life-long companion, Allean Goode; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will take place Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
