Lorraine Mathilda Cummings

Lorraine Mathilda Cummings, age 98, of Latonia, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 17, 1925 to August and Rose (nee Scribner) Kwiatkowski. Lorraine was a high school graduate of the Immaculata and worked as a reservationist for TWA. She was an active member of the Florence Elks, Hibernarians "LAOH", Chicago NAIM Organization, Stringtown Quilters Guild, and St. Timothy's Seniors. Lorraine enjoyed traveling, quilting, and playing cards and other games.

She was preceded in death by her father, August Kwiatkowski, mother, Rose Kwiatkowski, son, Arthur Wierzbicki, husband, Arthur Wierzbicki, and second husband, John Cummings. Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Carol (James) Wetter, son, Michael (Patty) Wierzbicki, 4 grandchildren , 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Lorraine, contributions may be made to St. Jude's . Visitation will be at St. Timothy Church, 10272 US-42, Union, KY 41091 from 9:00 to 10:00 am Saturday, April 13, 2024 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am.
