Whaley, Adlene Marie age 91, of Mount Healthy, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015. She was born in Pittsburg, Texas on January 4, 1924 to Prince and Frances Nelms (nee Garrett).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Prince Nelms and Frances Nelms, daughter, Gwendolyn B. Craig. Adlene is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Frederick Craig, III, Frances Smith, Yolanda N. Craig, Princess Malone and Derrick Craig; 17 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; brother, Alton Nelms; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Saturday, May 9, 2015 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
