Alfie "Betty" Blanton, age 82, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022. She was born in Clay, Kentucky on April 16, 1940 to Jasper and Mallie Barger (Gibson).
She was preceded in death by her father, Jasper Barger, mother, Mallie Barger, brothers, Vernon Barger, J.N. Barger, Talfie Barger, Belve Barger, Junior Barger, William Barger, Herbert Barger, sisters, Hilda Martin, Marilyn Mills.
Alfie is survived by her beloved children, Jerry (Twila) Couch, Marilyn Collins, Patricia (Riley) Combs; grandchildren, Amanda (Micah) Metcalf, Eric (Kolline) Starks, Brandin Couch, Justin Couch, Natosha (Jon) Bowery, Dylan (Jacquline) Kruse, Chaz (Brittany) Bryant, Kandace Bryant, Kylie Caughill; great-grandchildren, Laci Mays, Mali Storms, Mason Storms, Harper Storms, Ethan Storms, Jacob Mullins, Austin Mullins, Wyatt Bowery, Abby Couch; and a host of other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
