Alice Regina Karstetter

Formerly of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Preceded in death by her beloved husband William K. Karstetter. Survived by loving daughters Phyllis Kimmel and Constance English. Cherished grandmother of eight and great grandmother of sixteen. Born in Clintondale, Pennsylvania to Arthur and Roxy Rossman. Alice lived most of her life in Lock Haven where she worked for Fidelity National Bank of Pennsylvania and was a longtime member of the former St. John Lutheran Church before retiring to Florida. In her later years she lived in Palmyra, Virginia and Dublin, Ohio. Services will be held privately.
