Allen Faulk, Jr.

FAULK Jr., Allen age 69 of Cincinnati, formerly of Warrior, Alabama, passed away in death on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at home surrounded by his loving family.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents Allen Faulk Sr. and Annie Mae (Johnson) Faulk; his sister, Louise Billups; his brother, Siddell Faulk Sr., and his son, Dion Smith.

Allen is survived by his ex-wife Vondetta Faulk and his special friend, Pamela McCray; his children; Mary "Lois"(Eric) Kimbrough of Birmingham, AL, Lamont "Shawn" Washington of Cincinnati, OH, Alfred "Gene"(Teresa) Washington of Cincinnati, OH, LaSonjia "FirstLady"(Charles) James of West Chester, OH, Phyllis Moreland of Crescent Springs, KY, Travale Grigsby (Tamara) of Cincinnati, OH, Emffany Holmes of Orlando, FL, Allen Smith of Cincinnati, OH and Uniquica Faulk of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Walter (Katherine) Faulk, Viola (Charles) Tabb, Garfield Faulk, Veronica (Dennis) Johnson, Ada (Delta) Johnson, Vanessa (Dean) Skog of Prairieville, LA and Jason Faulk of Madison, AL; his stepmother, Marvelene Faulk of Sommerville, AL; 32 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; his aunts, Frances Brooks of Washington, DC, Carrie Givhan of Birmingham, AL, Willie Porter of Warrior, AL and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
