She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 25, 1979 to Carl Gajus and Sandra Gajus (nee Rice).
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Carol Gajus, and grandfather, Carl Gajus, Sr.
Amy is survived by her parents, Carl (Janet) Gajus and Sandra (Ron Evans) Gajus; grandmother, Jackie Rice; aunt, Victoria Schulz; uncle, Henry (Gail) Rice; cousins, Trenton Schulz, and T.J. Schulz; beloved dogs, Shila, Tabby, Skylar, and Willow; and a host of other family members and friends.
