MERRITT, Andi, age 25, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 23, 1990 to Zachary Merritt, Jr. and Colleen Chamblin (nee Chamberlin).
She was preceded in death by her mother, Colleen Chamberlin; son, Nicolas Andrew Merritt. Andrea is survived by her beloved father, Zachary Merritt, Jr.; children, Lilly Ann Mason, Colton Christopher Merritt, Mariah Elizabeth Merritt; siblings, Jackie Cobel, Kelly Chamblin, James Martin, William Cuzzort, Sharon Cuzzort; grandparents, Zachary (Mary) Merritt, Sr., Jacqueline Fry; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Monday, May 2, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Crossroads Community Church, 3500 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.
