WINSTEL, Ann C. age 95, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Ann was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 8, 1919, to Charles and Katherine (Bandenburg) Cook.
She was loving wife of the late Louis J. Winstel, devoted mother of Larry, Kenneth, Jeffery (Lisa) Winstel, Mary (Russell) Whaley and the late Louis "Bud" Winstel Jr. She was a loving sister to Stella (Fred) Binggeli, and the late Joseph, Charles, Anthony and Stanley Cook. She is also survived by grandchildren, Amanda (Mark) Radan, Amara Whaley, Christopher Whaley, Madeline Winstel and Peter Winstel.
