Anna Elizabeth Ingram was born September 1, 1926 in Monticello, Kentucky to George Walter and Flonnie Johnson. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Elmer Ingram March 12, 1944.
She was a loyal and devoted person, giving of herself relentlessly as a mother, grandmother, sister and friend. If she could help you she would…One of her favorite pastime was TV………..she loved her daytime soaps and sports. She also loved to bake with her specialty being Lemon Pound cake. She was also a daycare provider who kept over 100 kids in her career. I'm sure she made a difference in a lot of kid's lives. She departed this life quietly Tuesday, October 18, 2011 after a short illness.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 3 daughters Alma Kendrick, Brenda Davis, Tina Ingram; 3 sisters, Hazel Bobbitt, Mary Louise Coffey, Myrtle Parris and one brother Howard Thomas Johnson; 5 grandchildren, Barbara Kendrick, Dwayne Kendrick, Sheila Davis, D'wan Ingram and D'mont Ingram; great and great-great grandchildren, several nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Ingram, one son Jack Lewis Johnson; 3 sisters Lovelee Parris(Tootie), Edna Coyle, Marie Phillips; 2 brothers George and William Johnson.
