Annette is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years, Bobby Collins; sons, Jeremy (Brandy) Maurer and Robert Collins, III; grandchildren, Abbigayle Collins, Ethan Maurer and Makenzie Maurer; mother, Connie Howe; siblings, Charles (Lisa) Sheppard, Theresa Sheppard, Steve (Larry) Howe, Greg (Susan) Howe and Robin Howe; and a host of other family members and friends.
Annette was a loving wife and mother. She was a free spirit and would give anything to anyone.
A private funeral service has been held at the convenience of the family.
