Anthony "Tony" Neal beloved husband of Amanda and phenomenal father of Elena, Andrea and Mason. He was born on March 1st, 1989 to Donald Jessee and Tammy Branam.
He graduated from Western Hills Design and Technology with honors in 2007 with a certification in Applied Sciences. He took pride in working for N.Y.P.D. Pizza for over 12 years, developing a close relationship with his manager, Kevin.
Tony had a passion for helping others, going above and beyond to help those in need. His smile was contagious and his laugh infectious. He loved nothing more than his family, being the jokester of the party, and the peacemaker to all! His favorite thing to do was play games with his son and watch action movies, pretending they were in the movie. He loved painting his girls' nails and letting them put bows in his beard.
Survived by his loving parents, Tammy (Shaun) Branam and Donald (Ruth Ann) Jessee; loving grandparents, Joyce and Tip (Lauri) Branam; loving aunt and uncle, Ann and Charles Jessee and Mike Edmonds; siblings, Chaz (Jessica), Adam (Victoria), Ashley, Sarah (Brandon), Willadean "Angel" (Omar), Donnie (Samantha), Kayla (Josh), Robbie (Rob), Wendi (Austin), and Breanna; 14 nieces and nephews; his best friends, Kenny and Garrick, and many, many more relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed by all! He was preceded in death by loving grandparents, Georgia Jessee and Donald Raush; loving aunt and uncle, Willadean, Red and Billy Durbin.

A celebration of Tony's life will take place in the form of a casual gathering from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 at Kellar's Cheviot Cafe, 3737 Glenmore Avenue, Cheviot, Ohio 45211.
