McIntosh, Anthony Wayne age 61, of Dry Ridge, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on August 16, 1961 to Mitchell and Nannie McIntosh (nee Sebastian).
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mike McIntosh. Anthony is survived by his daughters, Shannon (Patrick) McIntosh-Bennett and Kinsleigh McIntosh; grandson, Tyler Knight; siblings, Delores (Michael) McIntosh-McHargue, Mitch (Mindy) McIntosh, Dennis McIntosh and Danny (Jackie) McIntosh; and a host of other family members and friends.
