Arthur Napoleon Brown

Arthur Napoleon Brown, age 65, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama on January 23, 1955 to Oscar Brown, Sr. and Thelma Sanders.

Arthur lived his early years in Montgomery, Alabama where he lived with his great-grandmother Ms. Katie Sanders, and his great-aunt Ms. Sarah Davis, both of whom he loved very much. He went on to attended Woodward High School in Bond Hill. He had a love for dogs, and would train dogs to assist seniors. He was an excellent Scrabble player, and volunteered with Our Daily Bread and other homeless shelters in the Cincinnati area. Arthur was very family oriented, and his joy came from being around his loved ones. He was a very intelligent man, and was quick to answer Jeopardy questions. He will be dearly missed by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Brad Rone. Arthur is survived by his beloved siblings, Velma R. Rone, Oscar Brown, Jr., Curtis Rone, Reginald Birdsong, Celeste Rone-Moss, Norma Rone, Jill Rone, Robert Rone; nephew, Akeem (Tianna) Rone; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great uncles, and other family members and friends.

Family and friends may gather for a visitation on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home, West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, from 11:00AM to 12:00PM.
