Barbara A Sharp

Barbara A. Sharp, age 97, passed away July 2, 2012 in Indian Trail, North Carolina. She was born on September 11, 1914 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Clifford Sharp and Eunice Hendricks.

Barbara graduated from Withrow High School. In World War II, she worked in a factory supporting the war effort. She worked her way up to become a Surgical Technician at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She retired from the hospital after 35 years of service.

Barbara loved crocheting and was an avid reader. In her earlier years, she loved to dance. She also loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Sharp and Eunice Hendricks; brothers, Clifford Sharp and St. Clair Sharp.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Barbara Ann Coston; grandchildren, Yvette Coston, Vikki Coston, and Jermaine Coston; great-grandchildren, Englan Coston, Mya Martin, and Ari Rose; and other family members and friends.

She will be greatly missed by all.
