Benjamin Millard, Jr.

Benjamin Millard, Jr. age 76, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. He was born in South Williamson, Kentucky on January 26, 1940 to Benjamin Millard, Sr. and Flora Millard (nee Preece).
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janet L. Millard; sisters, Louise Shepherd, Pat Hall. Benjamin is survived by his beloved sons, Chip B. (Missy) Millard, Jeff A. (Cathy) Millard, Jamie R. (Karen) Millard; grandchildren, Abbey (Brian) Weber, Alex (Michelle) Millard, Patrick (Melissa) Millard, Andy Millard, Chris Millard, Ian Millard, Austin Millard, Jacob Millard, Matthew Millard; great-grandson, Connor Millard; sister, Roberta Schmitt; foreign exchange sons, Sing Wing Poon, Alberto Lisnier, Pablo, Baamonde; and a host of other family members and friends.
Ben along with his wife, Janet served the White Oak community as a florist for 32 years as owners of All About Flowers prior to closure in September 2013. They happily served several generations of customers sharing in their happiness and grief. During that time Ben was also a school bus driver and an avid NASCAR fan.
In loving memory of Benjamin, contributions may be made to American Lung Association-Cincinnati, 4050 Executive Park Drive, Suite 402 Cincinnati, Ohio 45241. Gathering will be on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Memorial Service will be 10:00 am Friday, September 9, 2016 at White Oak Christian Church, 3675 Blue Rock Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45247.
