Betty June Garland-Taylor, 87, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on June 21, 1934 to the late Basil McDonald and Vella Corrine Wilson (nee Ringo).
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Mac Garland; second husband, Thomas Ballard Taylor and son, Timothy Fred Garland.
Betty is survived by her beloved family including four daughters, Judy Mae (Michael) Butcher, Shelia Mae (Earl) Utley, Sandra Rae (Charles) Courtney and Deborah Kae (Joseph "Pete") Mitchell; three step-sons, Jody (Jodi) Cuzick, Terry (Brenda) Taylor and James Taylor; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren; three sisters, Velma Daisy (Albert "Junior") Jump, Elwanda Skidmore and Donna Vella Sexton as well as a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018 on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 5-8 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11 am at the funeral home with burial to follow at the East Bend Cemetery in Union, Kentucky.
