Betty L. Gillen

Gillen, Betty L. age 89, formerly of Sayler Park, departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in Oviedo, Florida. Betty was born and raised in Cincinnati and will be remembered as the fun, loving matriarch of her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond J. Gillen; her son, Raymond J. Gillen Jr. ; and her son-in-law, Phil Harbin. Betty is survived by her daughters, Joyce (Herb) Martini, Peggy Gillen, Stella (Ramon) Rivera, Linda Harbin, and Rebecca (Doug) Robinson; her son, Andrew (Karen) Gillen; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Ln., Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Entombment will take place at the St. Joseph Cemetery - New in Cincinnati, Ohio.
