Betty Jean Kemper, age 79, of Dry Ridge, Kentucky passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 27, 1941 to Roy and Jean Lynam (nee Stone).
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Jennings Kemper, Jr., parents, sons, Lenoard R. Kemper, William J. Kemper, and brothers, Richard Lynam, and James Lynam.
Betty is survived by her children, Mark A. (Della) Kemper, Jennifer L. (David) Ritchie, James L. Kemper; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Roy A. (Kelly) Lynam, and a host of other family members and friends.
