Betty June Smith (nee Ralphs) passed away on Monday February 11, 2013 at The Home at Taylor's Point. She was born on June 19, 1924 in American Falls, Idaho to Ida Ralphs and W. Woodruff Ralphs.
Betty is survived by her children Lee (Sandy) Smith, Glen (Mary Jo) Smith, Russell Smith, Michael (Janet) Smith-Heimer, Nancy Smith, Karen Smith, and Scott (Amy) Smith. She was a cherished grandmother of Laura Smith-Heimer, and Alana Smith-Heimer. Betty will be missed by a host of family and friends,as well as generations of children from Winton Place Elementary, who knew her as their school nurse "Miss Betty." She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Smith.
Graveside service for Betty Smith, age 88, of Cincinnati, will be Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday February 18, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel.
