Beulah Ferris passed away after a short illness on Monday, March 27, 2023, at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born on January 29, 1937, to Mrs. Jerry Cooper and raised in her adolescence in Winchester, KY. She was educated in the public school system in Winchester and worked as a Nursing Aide and health care worker during her life. Later in her adult life, Beulah Ferris relocated to the Cincinnati Ohio area where accepted Christ and worshipped at the 9th Street Church in Covington, KY. The unique aspect of Beulah Ferris was that she was always herself, she did not put on airs or pretend to be something she was not and told you exactly what she thought. She did not go behind your back with her thoughts of you. Beulah Ferris's smile would light up a room and she definitely was the life of the part and the light in her family's life and friends. This is Beulah's legacy that she leaves for her family.
She leaves to cherish her life, love, and legacy two sons, Darrly Ferris, Stephen Ferris. She was preceded in life by her parents, a sister, Mary Frances Blevins, a brother Henry Lewis Hooten and her loving daughter, Yolanda Shea Ferris. She also leaves grandchildren, India Ferris, Shaniya Isaac, Jalen Jolly, Tyler and Tyeisha Andrews. Beulah also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and friends of her apartment complex who will miss her dearly.
