Beverly Joan Shantz

Beverly Joan Shantz, age 91, of Union, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. She was born in Bristol, Indiana on February 7, 1933 to the late Russell and Glenora Menges (nee Bower).

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Darrel Shantz. Beverly is survived by her beloved children, Cathy Hammond, Nancy (Bob) Clarke, Dave (Lisa) Shantz and Susan Shantz; grandchildren, Dave Hammond, Jr., Holly Hammond, Josh Mitchell, Nate Mitchell, Ashleigh Walker, Bridgette Clarke, Natalie Whitten, Justin Mills, Chris Shantz, Kyle Shantz, Sara Hom and Rita Christman; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Beverly loved being a mother and grandmother. She also loved to travel, especially to Drummond Island, Michigan with her husband, Darrel Shantz.

In loving memory of Beverly, contributions may be made to The Point Arc, My Father's Arrow or the ASPCA. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Drummond Island, Michigan.
