Billie Russell , 82, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at his Residence. Billie was the son of the late John Russell and Beatrice Russell. Billie was the devoted husband of Elaine Russell.
Billie retired from General Electric and was a member of the American Legion Post # 72, Mt. Carmel.
Billie is survived by his Daughters, Mary and Mildred Russell, Son, Billie (Brenda) Russell, and Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Sisters, Mildred Foster, and JoAnn Joines.
Billie retired from General Electric and was a member of the American Legion Post # 72, Mt. Carmel.
