O'Quinn, Billy Joe age 36, of Ludlow, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. He was born in Beaufort, South Carolina on January 12, 1980 to Charlie C. O'Quinn and Deborah K. Mumaw (nee Gill).
Billy is survived by his beloved wife of 9 years, Tonya L. O'Quinn (nee Johnson); father, Charlie C . O'Quinn, Sr.; mother, Deborah K. Mumaw; step-father, Steven L. Mumaw, Sr.; children, Brian N. Wehrle, Stephanie L. Embry, Dakotah K. O'Quinn, Billy Joe O'Quinn, Jr., Sierra P. O'Quinn and Summer N. O'Quinn; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Billy, contributions may be made to O'Quinn Childrens Fund, at any U.S. Bank. Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Wednesday, February 17, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
