GIBBS, Billy Ray, age 71 of Cincinnati passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. He was born on June 7, 1942 in Heidelberg, Kentucky to the late Louie and Lillie Gibbs.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Johnny H. Gibbs. Billy Ray is survived by his two brothers, Kenneth and Babe Gibbs; two nephews, Douglas and Patrick Gibbs; one niece, Carla Sowers; and two special friends, Ron Wilson and Bill Evans.
