Phelps, Brian William age 56, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 22, 1961 to Charles William and Rose Phelps (nee Kilgore).
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles William Phelps. Brian is survived by his beloved mother, Rose Phelps; his devoted sister, Dawn and her husband Don Burke; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 4:00pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm at Newcomer-West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
