She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 15, 1953 to the late Wilburn and Karley Eva Simpson (nee Asmann).
Candie is survived by her beloved family including a daughter, Anita Audrey (Gerald) Everett Osborne and a granddaughter, Graycey Everett Osborne.
