Carlena Riley

Carlena K. Riley, age 65, of Kettering, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 8, 1957 to Roy E. and Ruthie Burns (nee Nesser).

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Daniel Burns.

Carlena is survived by her beloved husband, Steve Riley; cousin, Sandy Fogerman Chapman; mother-in-law, Betty Collins; sister-in-law, Lisa Conn; aunts, Jessie Grimes, Audrey Lane, Faye Cook; uncle, Gordon Allen; and a host of other family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the attention of Gift Processing at National Kidney Foundation HQ, 30 E. 33rd Street, New York, New York, 10016.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Thursday, November 2, 2023 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Jimmy Riley will officiate. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

By request of the family, attendees are encouraged to come dressed casually.
