RELIFORD, Carlotta age 71, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. She was born on September 13, 1942 to the late James Mitchell and Dorothy (Metcalf) Mitchell Fears.
She was preceded in death by her parents; former husbands, Steve Colvin, and Walter Reliford. Carlotta is survived by her children, Sonna T. Colvin, Carol Thompson and her husband Harold, Rhonda Colvin and Mike; Steve Colvin Jr.; sisters, Jimmie Van Mitchell-McCray, Ann K. Perry-Miree; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
