Smith, Carol A. age 62, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 26, 1954 to Arthur and Lillian Weingartner (nee Breitfeld).
She was preceded in death by her parents. Carol is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Thomas L. Smith; loving son, Thomas (Nicole) Smith, grandchildren, Vanessa Smith, Chloe Smith, Grayson Smith; brother, Arthur Weingartner; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, December 28, 2016 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
In loving memory of Carol, contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.
