Johnson, Casey Patrick age 34, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 27, 1987 to Pat and the late Dolores Johnson (nee Stanghetti).
Casey is survived by his father, Pat Johnson; siblings, Ryan Bella, Kelsi Johnson and McKenzie Johnson, nephew, Mason Bella; and a host of other family members and friends.
