SCHIERING, Celestine C. "Babe", age 97, of Mt. Healthy, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 23, 1917 to John and Rose Sunderhaus.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Makstaller. Celestine is survived by her beloved children, Dorothy (David) Zanitsch, Mel (Patti) Schiering, Sandra (Bill) Schwab, Linda Schiering; son-in-law John Makstaller; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
In loving memory of Celestine, contributions may be made to St. Anne Convent, 5275 Saint Anne Dr, Melbourne, Kentucky 41059. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am, with a visitation from 10-11 am at the Church of the Assumption, 7711 Joseph Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
