Lowe, Charity age 91, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020. She was born in Harlan, Kentucky on March 14, 1929 to Joe and Ada Scott (nee Fowler).
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Everett Earl Lowe; and numerous siblings. Charity is survived by her sons, Jerry (Nancy) Lowe and Terry Lowe; her daughter, Brenda Diane Lowe; her step-son, Don Jones; her grandsons, Wayne Lowe, Jerry Lee Lowe and Rodney Ferguson; her God granddaughter, Helena (John) Roden; her great-grandchildren, Haley Lowe, Michael Lowe and Rodney Ferguson Jr.; and a host of other family members and friends.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Covenant Village for all of their loving care and support.
Graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Bridgetown Cemetery.
