She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joy J. Clark. Charlene is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years, Robert Clark; siblings, Jim (Colleen) Quenzer, Christine M. Hicks, Paul B. (Jane) Clark, Catharine M. Clark, Cloe A. Clark, Alice A. Clark; father-in-law, Virgil R. Clark; nieces, nephews, her fur babies, Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Andre, Digger, Eddie, Molly, Tater, and a host of other family members and friends.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
