Charles E. Brown

Charles Edward Brown, born May 26, 1932 in Kentucky. His parents, Jacob and Lucy Brown, and from the loving union there were eight children, Ernasten, Betty, Ruby, Patt, Mary Lou, Charles Edward, Joe Edward and Robert.

Charles was raised in West Virginia. He finished night school at Excelhry High. After night school, he joined the Army where he served in the Korean War. Charles accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in West Virginia. He was a loving father of one son, Bryant Edward Brown, whom preceded him in death. Charles worked all his life. He retired from Queen City Barrel in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 1961, he met the love of his life, Linda Lee. They joined Peoples Tabernacle Baptist Church. From that union came four children, Pamela, Veronica (deceased), Bryant Edward (deceased) and Herbert (deceased). Later, they joined Willing Spirit Baptist Church where they are still members.

Charles and his wife also have more family, including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
