Charles E. Blue, Sr., was born on February 11, 1938 to the late Alice and John Blue. Charles was one of sixteen children.
Anita Delores Blue preceded him in death and from that union there were 5 children.
He leaves to cherish his memory one sister, Aline Brown; one daughter, Deborah Blue; three sons, Charles (Karen) Blue, Jr., Clyde Blue and Norman Blue; 9 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
