Charles Elmer Dobkins

Dobkins, Charles Elmer age 72, of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly of Burnside, Kentucky passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014. He was born on October 1, 1941 to the late Elmer Wesley and Dolly Marie. (Love) Dobkins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Wesley Dobkins and Dolly Marie (Love) Dobkins also son, Charles Paul Dobkins. Charles is survived by his beloved wife of twenty-nine years, Debra Ann Dobkins; children, Michelle Dobkins, Brian Dobkins, Belinda (Jerry) Borne, Thomas Stephenson, Michelle Howard. Charles will be loved and cherished by a host of other relatives and friends.
He was employed as a grounds maintenance personnel for Hamilton County Parks at Winton Woods for years. Charles was an active member of Central Church of Christ in Cheviot up until his illness.
