Charles Joshua "Charlie" Neace

Charles Joshua Neace, age 34, of Owenton, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024. He was born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky on August 23, 1989 to Charles and Georgia Neace. Charlie was a skilled handy man and found himself doing work such as maintenance and mechanics. He also was a talented tattoo artist and could make just about anyone laugh from his jokes. Charlie was very hardworking and cared very much for the people around him. He would give the shirt off his back for his friends and family. Charlie was a good kid and tried his best to turn his life around, he was loved by many.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Neace and maternal Grandmother, Jean Roller. Charlie is survived by his mother, Georgia Neace, sister, Sarah Neace, uncle, Richard Baker, cousin, Elicia Baker, cousin, Richard Baker, Jr.; and a host of other family members and friends.
