Charles William North

North, Charles William age 94, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. He was born in Constance, Kentucky on January 15, 1929 to Charles Sherman and Jeanette North (nee Morand).

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 65 years, Dorothy Grace North (nee Lemmons); sons, David Allen North and Donald Wayne North; sisters, Esther Rozelle and Nellie Kingery; brothers, Shelby North, Owen North and Donald North. Charles is survived by his daughter, Deboraa Shields; daughter-in-law, Lisa North (nee McRoberts); beloved grandchildren, Marcella (Rodney) Centers, Timothy (Elisha) Coomer, Sam (Carysanne) North and Brendon Allen; 7 great-grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews; cherished care-giver, Darlene Nipper; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Charles, contributions may be made to Hebron Lutheran Church. A visitation will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Burial will take place immediately following at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
