Foran, Charlotte, age 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. She was born in Oxnard, California on October 6, 1960 to Abdon and the late Connie Zambrano (nee Ortiz).
Charlotte is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Jeff Foran; sons, Allen and James "Ryan" Foran; father, Abdon Zambrano brother, Abdon "Don" Zambrino, sister, Isabelle Gonzales; and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Connie, and her son, Martin Foran.
Mass will be held Monday, December 7, 2020 at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church at 3172 South Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248. Masks are required for attendance.
