She was preceded in death by her Mother, Eva Hayes, Husband, Raymond Lockard, Son, Ronald Lockard.
Charlotte is survived by her Sister Betty Lockard her Niece, Bonnie J (Harry) Burke.
Charlotte enjoyed sewing, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and cooking.
