Dunham, Cheyenne Necole "TeTe", age 19, of Waverly, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on September 29, 1996 to Sean and Julie Dunham. She was a true fighter in every sense. Cheyenne bravely fought a very rare genetic disorder known as Gata 2 Mutation which also resulted in PreLeukemia / Mylodysplastic Syndrome (MDS.) She passed away following complications from her second bone marrow transplant. "TeTe" will forever be loved by her family and friends for her tenacious, bold, persistent, fun-loving, goofy spirit. She was a dedicated cowgirl with a special bond to her horse, Smokey.
Cheyenne is survived by her beloved Parents, Sean and Julie Dunham; Sisters, Kyli and Keegan; Brother, Clay; Grandmother, Rita Dunham; Great-Grandmother, Ruth Dunham; Aunts, Uncles, and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Jack and Dorothy Dunham and Grandfather, Carl Dunham.
A memorial service will be held by the family at 1pm on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Pike County Fairgrounds, Municipal Building in Piketon, Ohio. In loving memory of Cheyenne, contributions may be made to her medical expense account through any Homeland Credit Union branch.
