BUD passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Drake Hospital. He was born on August 22, 1936 in Marmet, W. VA to Clayton Edward Smith, Sr. and Victoria Louise Smith.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine Macionis of Chesapeake, VA.; son, Ed Smith, of Allen, TX. Brothers and sisters Bill Smith, Jerry Moore, Clarence Smith, Kenny Smith, Kathy Smith and Cindy Cook. Preceeded in death by Phyllis Dowell, Pat Smith, Margaret Smith, David Smith, Nettie Smith and Fred Smith. As well as a host of family and friends. In Lieu of flowers memorials to charity of ones choice.
Memorial service for Clayton Edward Smith JR, age 75 of Guilford, IN., will be Friday, May 11, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel.
