Clementine Penn

PENN, Clementine age 93, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2014. She was born in Sparta, Georgia on September 5, 1921 to Edward and Annie McGhee (nee Butts).

She was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, John Penn; son, Johnny Penn; daughter, Christine Penn; grandson, Johnny Penn Jr.

Clementine was a member of new Prospect Baptist Church for many years. She was employed at Beechwood Home for the Impaired and retired from there in 1987. Clementine loved to dress up and look nice, she was a great cook, and she enjoyed going to Gospel programs. She had a kind heart. She was family-oriented, friendly, and never met a stranger.

Clementine is survived by her son, Michael M. Penn; grandchildren, Tina Irvin, Anthony Penn, Sholina Woods, Charles M. Penn, Sandra Penn, Oliver W. Penn, Joseph A. Penn; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of other family members and friends.

Clementine will surely be missed by all who knew her.
