Penick, Cliff Louis age 59, of Dry Ridge, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on July 10, 1959 to Vernon Penick and Clara J Collier (nee Hall).
He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Penick. Cliff is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Phyllis Penick (nee Wiley); mother, Clara J Collier, step-brother, Daryl Collier, brother, John V. (Nancy) Penick; six step-children and a host of other family members and friends.
