Clifford Francis Hicks, Jr., 87, of Erlanger, Kentucky passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his four children on Monday, August 12, 2019. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 14, 1931 to the late Clifford Francis and Elvira A. Hicks (nee Schoch).
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty C. Hickman-Hicks; sister Rita Albrecht and grandson Charles "Jude" Mitchell.
Clifford is survived by his beloved family including two daughters Pam J. (Jerry) Gott and Karen Y. (Shirel) Loomis; two sons, Clifford Francis (Dawn) Hicks, III and Patrick P. (Loma) Hicks; , Brother, Eugene P. Hicks, Grandchildren, Jason M. (Jenny) Rimer, Tiffany (Pete) Anderson, Rachel (Jon) Towry, Janelle C. (Andy) Hawes, Jessica S. (Jeff) Geers, Joshua S. (Terra) Gott, Ryan Mitchell, Carissa (Casey) Bryant; numerous great grandchildren as well as a host of other family members and friends all of whom will cherish his memory.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Friday, August 16, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the funeral home, with a Masonic Service at 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Shriner's Hospitals for Children - Cincinnati by visiting www.shrinershospitalcincinnati.org. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.NewcomerCincinnati.com
