Clifton is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Sharon Fowler (nee Norman); sons, Terrell McSwain, Kymen (Alicia) Norman, Clifton J. Fowler, III; grandchildren, Kemen Norman, Kenyon Norman, RaShawn Fowler, Amarriona Fowler, Jahi'meer Fowler, Jaquri Fowler, Charleigh Fowler; sisters, Patricia Fowler, Pamela Fowler; and a host of other family members and friends.
